When the ungodly were about to be wiped out, Wisdom saved a man who did what was right. He was able to flee from the fire that descended on the five cities.
She delivered the just man who fled from the wicked that were perishing, when the fire came down upon Pentapolis:
Wisdom rescued a righteous man while ungodly people were dying. He escaped the flames that destroyed the Five Cities.
She rescued a righteous man from among the wicked who were being destroyed, when he fled as fire descended upon the Pentapolis—
Wisdom rescued the righteous man from the midst of the godless who were being destroyed, and he escaped the fire that rained down on the Five Cities.
Wisdom rescued a righteous man when the ungodly were perishing; he escaped the fire that descended on the Five Cities.
Wisdom rescued a righteous man when the ungodly were perishing; he escaped the fire that descended on the Five Cities.
Wisdom rescued a righteous man when the ungodly were perishing; he escaped the fire that descended on the Five Cities.
